Die Stelle: Kauffrau/ Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d)

Büromanagement heißt bei uns Business Administration – und bedeutet viel mehr als
strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeit: Unsere Auszubildenden erhalten von
Beginn an die Möglichkeit, sich in den Agenturalltag einzubringen und selbstständig
an Projekten zu arbeiten. Sie sind motiviert, wissbegierig und zeigen Initiative. Mit
Mut und Organisationstalent finden sie kluge Lösungen und greifen dafür gerne auf
die Unterstützung ihres Teams und Mentor:in zurück. Du kannst dich immer auf dein
Team verlassen und stehst auch bei komplexeren Aufgaben nie allein da. Als Azubi
für Büromanagement ergänzt du unser Business Administration Team. Dabei lernst
du, wie Buchhaltung und allgemeine Bürokommunikation funktionieren, unterstützt
uns im Personalwesen sowie beim Event- und Reisemanagement und bekommst
Einblicke in das Controlling.

Was du so kannst?

● Du hast Abitur oder idealerweise bereits ein Studium angefangen
● Du bist bereit und vor allem motiviert, viele neue Dinge zu lernen.
● Du hast eine strukturierte Herangehensweise, begreifst schnell und bist
zuverlässig.
● Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Office-Software, wie Microsoft Word
oder Excel.
● Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
